Communications

Photographer/Videographer - Part Time

The Communications department is seeking an experienced and talented still photographer/videographer.  The position will provide high-quality images for internal and external publications, promotional materials, and websites. 
 
The ideal candidate will have photojournalistic experience covering events and stories on location, photography experience shooting environmental portraits, and studio experience lighting and shooting both people and product.  Candidates must possess close attention to detail, digital color correction skills using Macintosh platform computers, and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills. The ability to be flexible and work well independently as well as a part of a small team is mandatory.  Applicants must exhibit the ability to work confidentially with donors, faculty members, the public, and co-workers in a professional manner.
 
Qualified applicants must be experienced with Photoshop CS2/CS3 and possess some prior experience in photography or a related field. Bachelor’s level course work in photography and/or equivalent course work in journalism, communications, digital media studies, art history, or design is required. Additional experience dealing with RAW files, archiving images and working with Final Cut, After Effects, and Flash a plus.

Sch of Educational Ministries

Secretary - Full Time

The School of Educational Ministries is seeking a Secretary to provide secretarial and clerical support for assigned faculty relating to office and classroom responsibilities.
 
Candidate must have some secretarial experience, an ability to work in a Windows environment to perform word processing, maintain records, access data through the Internet, and communicate with others through e-mail, good oral and written communication skills, a professional phone manner, and good organizational skills.   An Associate or Bachelor level degree is preferred.
